We are committed to handling your personal information responsibly and in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
By using the Site or submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information we collect

When you fill out our contact form, request a consultation, book a call, or message us, we may collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business name
- The service you're interested in and any details you include in your message
If you book a call through our scheduling link, or contact us via WhatsApp, the information you share through those tools is also collected so we can respond and provide our services.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring website, and how you interact with the Site. We use this to understand traffic and improve the Site.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
- To send you information, proposals, or marketing communications you've asked for (you can opt out anytime);
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- To measure and improve our own marketing and understand what's working;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect information such as your IP address and browsing activity on the Site. This helps us see which pages are popular and how to improve. You can:
- Adjust or block cookies through your browser settings;
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on;
- Use the cookie/consent controls presented on the Site, where available.
Disabling cookies won't break the Site, though some features may work differently.
4. Service providers we share information with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the Site and our business, and only as needed to perform their services. These include:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and security;
- Google Analytics — website analytics;
- FormSubmit — delivery of contact-form submissions to our email;
- Calendly (or similar) — scheduling consultation calls;
- WhatsApp / Meta — if you choose to message us via WhatsApp.
Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy. Some of these providers may store or process data on servers located outside Canada (for example, in the United States), where privacy laws may differ from those in your province.
5. Marketing emails (CASL)
If we send you marketing or promotional emails, we do so in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): we send them based on your consent or our existing business relationship, we identify ourselves clearly, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe. You can opt out at any time, and we'll honour your request promptly.
6. How long we keep your information
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our business relationship, or as required by law. When it's no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
7. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Withdraw your consent to our use of your information (this may affect our ability to provide certain services);
- Ask us to delete your personal information, where applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites or tools we don't control. This policy doesn't apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page, so please check back periodically.
